Sheryl underwood is a stand-up comedian, television host, and performer from the United States. She's most well-known for her work as The Talk's co-host on the daytime. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas, was raised among Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes from a troubled family. She spent most of her growing up taking care of her younger sister Frankie who was afflicted by polio. As a teenager, she had many problems with her mom. Sheryl claimed that at one point her mother attacked the father of her child due to the fact that she was too closer to the father. Sheryl became a member of the military right after her graduation from her college. However, her love for comedy was always there. She was the only female to make it through the contest in 1989.
